Visit Malton Events Policy

VisitMalton ("we" or "our" or "us") has a strict Policy for all Visit Malton CIC events. This Policy explains the rules which visitors to these events must abide by on entering the event. 

​This Events Policy applies to all events that are run by Visit Malton CIC.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. Your continued use of our products, applications, services and websites that are subject to this Policy will signify your acceptance of any and all changes to this Policy made by us from time to time.

​Notice To All Visitors Entering The Event

As a visitor to the event, you are entering a licensed area, and by entering, you are consenting to the following conditions: 

​1) Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed at the event;

2) No unauthorised trading;

3) No leafleting;

4) A photographer and/or videographer will be taking photographs and videos during the event.

Anti-Terror Measures

What measures are in place to protect Malton’s events from terrorism?

Visit Malton have liaised with Counter Terrorism Advisors from the police to ensure our event is as safe as it can possibly be. Staffed road closures and physical barricades will be in place to protect people attending and working at the events. By entering the event, visitors are also consenting to being searched (anti-terror measure).
