Sarah will be demonstrating techniques and explaining the background and benefits of this natural beauty and wellness practice, which is growing rapidly in popularity in 2024.
Facial yoga has been reported to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and promote enhanced lymphatic drainage and improved circulation, leading to a reduction in facial puffiness. Other benefits reported by practitioners include improved control of facial muscles leading to improved nostril breathing.
Join us for one of our 30 minute participative demonstrations of this popular, natural beauty phenomenon in a private, quiet area at the rear of our Malton store. Sarah and our Cosy Cottage team will be on hand to provide natural beauty advice and free mini treatments throughout the day too.
Capacity for these popular demonstrations will be limited so we are asking for a nominal £5.00 reservation deposit for your choice of demonstration, which is fully redeemable on the purchase of any items in-store on 9th March 2024.
