Everything we do at MEADOWFEST is aimed to give you the most relaxed & pleasurable festival possible.

Access is easy! The train station and car parking are both 10 mins walk from the Main Stage. Getting there & away is simple.

Our main stage is special. It's set within a natural amphitheatre meaning you can party up front or relax on our lawn which looks directly onto the main stage - or try both!

We're boutique! That means small, high quality but affordable. You won't spend hours trekking across our site and all our food & music is carefully curated to offer you only the very best.

1) Can I bring my own food & drink to Meadowfest?

Only food & drink purchased at Meadowfest can be consumed on site. However, your wristband allows you to come and go as you please so you can visit your favourite producer in town then come back to Meadowfest after you have eaten

2) Can I get my tickets on the gate?

The capacity of the event is dictated by the number of toilets available and our first aid provision. We have factored in some additional capacity at the gate but once our capacity has been reached there will be no further admissions. Therefore the only way to guarantee entry to Meadowfest is to buy your tickets in advance

3) Is Meadowfest dog friendly?

We welcome well behaved dogs on leads with responsible owners. Obviously some of our acts are going to be loud and Meadowfest is going to be a crowded event - so only bring your dog if you are sure they can cope with the festival experience without upsetting other guests

4) Is the car park secure?

We have a security team in place at the car park from opening at 9.30am to closing at 10.45pm

5) What time will Meadowfest finish?

The event will finish promptly at 10pm. As it will be getting dark by then we will ask you to make your way out as soon as the event finishes. If you have used our car park you should note that the gate will be locked at 10.45pm

6) Can I bring my own gazebo and chairs?

Gazebo's are not permitted but you can bring picnic blankets and chairs if you wish - or you can use our brightly coloured deckchairs and hay bale seats

7) What happens if it rains?

Meadowfest will continue in the rain with true British festival spirit! Only very extreme weather conditions will affect the main stage programme. We also have a very large beer tent with unrestricted views of both stages

8) I have already bought tickets for Meadowfest but I now want to bring another child with me, do I need to book another ticket?

As children can come to Meadowfest for free there is no need to pre-book a children's ticket. For security reasons all under 16's must be accompanied by an adult otherwise they will be refused entry to Meadowfest

9) I can't make it to the start of Meadowfest, what time is last entry?

The last entry to Meadowfest will be at 8.30pm when our headline act is due on stage
